Personal Health Program Supervisor

This position manages the development, execution, and oversight of assigned program areas; monitors and evaluates programs for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance; and provides team leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation for Personal Health Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing and Pennsylvania RN license; a minimum of three years of job-related experience, including prior supervisory experience; and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Shift Supervising Nurse

This position oversees residents’ direct care and IV therapies; ensures that the facility is properly staffed while ensuring that staffing allocations meet state regulations; handles and resolves resident conflicts; manages residents’ family concerns and complaints; and handles and reviews payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree and Pennsylvania RN license; a minimum of three years of job-related experience, including two years of supervisory experience; three years of long-term care experience; and a general understanding of fiscal planning and Human Resource guidelines.

GPS Specialist

This position responds to DCYF referrals and allegations and conducts investigations and assessments to determine risk and ensure the safety of children; conducts interviews to gather information and completes accurate documentation and reports; and provides referrals to community agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline and one year of work experience in the human services field; the ability to manage multiple priorities when responding to urgent situations; and a valid driver’s license and the use of a private vehicle.
