Nave Newell, headquartered in Wayne, is a multidiscipline consulting firm that specializes in land development. Since 1992, it has provided civil engineering, surveying, land planning, and landscape architectural services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Nave Newell is a prominent design firm in the region and has worked with some of the largest organizations in their respective industries, including Simon Property Group, Liberty Property Trust, Toll Brothers, and Villanova University.
Land Surveyor
This position performs boundary, topo, and ALTA surveys, as well as construction stake-out for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and transportation projects. He/she evaluates survey data for accuracy and efficiency and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing survey and land development drafting. He/she must have competent mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry skills. Field experience in land surveying is a plus.

Survey Crew Chief
This position supervises and performs boundary, topo, and ALTA surveys, as well as construction stake-outs for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and transportation projects. He/she evaluates survey data for accuracy and sufficiency, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The person supervises surveyor crews.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a similar role. He/she will have experience performing surveys and land-development drafting. The person will have organizational skills to schedule work and accomplish goals on projects within budget and time.

Project Engineer
This position assists the Project Manager and provides engineering support for all assigned projects. He/she will perform both technical engineering work such as site grading, storm water management, and value engineering, as well as certain project management responsibilities, including project coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering. He/she will have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, preferably MicroStation, and will be proficient with Hydroflow, PondPack, StormCAD, or other storm/hydraulic software.
