Digital Media Center – Information Services
This position supervises staff and student workers in supporting the Digital Media Center’s mission to provide audio-video services to the campus community; supports and maintains the production control room and WCU TV studio; and contributes to technical standards and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of video production experience; three years of customer support experience; and experience with video production equipment setup and operations, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and audio-video technology in education.

Developer 1 – Security – Academic and Enterprise Services
This position implements and maintains information systems and/or related interfaces to the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions System, OnBase Document Management Systems, CRMS, and other enterprise applications; and designs development guidelines and security testing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of system utilization experience; expert functional system experience; strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and experience implementing new systems and problem-solving within software systems.
