Director of Leadership Development

This position works with human resources to align leadership strategy with the overall talent strategy; oversees new hire orientation and on-boarding process for employees and management; and leverages available resources to create, revise, and implement leadership development programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related discipline, including a minimum of five years of organization development experience; and a minimum of five years of corporate training experience.

Senior Financial Analyst – Data Analytics

This position gathers and presents financial and operational information to internal management and leadership; supports an overall reporting and analytics framework that allows ease of access to data; and leads the development and preparation of timely and accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline; a minimum of four years of work experience, including solid financial planning experience; Qlik or Power BI certification; and strong proficiency in BI Tools, including Qlik.

Marketing Brand Specialist

This position assists in project management of brand content, including development, execution, and distribution; provides support building out the customer content pipeline; maintains the customer content inventory database; and supports presentation development and meeting management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of marketing communications experience; a successful track record of working with cross-functional teams; and experience utilizing standard software applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
