Malvern’s tech giant just introduced its new virtual presenter, a hologram that leverages multilingual artificial intelligence to serve businesses as a receptionist, concierge, tradeshow product specialist, etc.
And it can take the shape of a real employee, executive, celebrity, mascot, animal, or more.
In addition to visually greeting, informing, and bidding farewell to passersby, the Ricoh Virtual Self-Service Hologram comes with automatic engagement tracking and real-time analytics within a projector that takes up a tiny 16-inch-by-15-inch footprint.
“In any business, improving the customer experience is a key focus. Finding the right technology that can measure and track the impact of that brand interaction is a prized jewel,” Vice President of Product Marketing John Brophy said.
“The Ricoh Virtual Self-Service Hologram delivers a way for brands to engage in customized and informative interactions with visitors by leveraging its ability to answer questions, provide discounts, and point visitors in the right direction for further discussions.”
