Sales Manager – The Farmhouse

This position exceeds budgeted booking goals and revenue in all special event areas, including food and beverage; experience selling to a variety of market segments; participates in trade shows and sales blitzes; and books repeat business by building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in catering/event sales for restaurants/venues; experience with a similar sales volume at a similar size property; and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Sales ReServe Cloud.

Major Gift Officer

This position researches, identifies, cultivates, and solicits donors and prospects for gifts of $50,000 and more; manages a dynamic portfolio of 150 to 200 prospects; and establishes solicitation priorities, manages prospect lists and research and develops and executes targeted solicitation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in fundraising; experience in campaign fundraising and the ability to initiate cold contact with donors and prospects; and working knowledge of prospect research and analysis.

House Steward – The Farmhouse

This position sets up all rooms to the specifications of the floor plans in a safe and efficient manner; breaks down all rooms when events have concluded; reports maintenance, safety, and security to the manager; and maintains cleanliness of equipment, storage, and rooms.

The ideal candidate will possess one year of housekeeping experience; hotel or country club experience; excellent customer service skills, including the ability to ensure that guests are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism; and effective communication skills.
