Marketing Manager

This position defines and develops marketing programs focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion, and advocacy development; breaks down data and applies competitive insights and research findings; and monitors and reports out on industry trends, events, insights, and data.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and MBA; five years of practical digital marketing experience with a focus on insurance industry marketing; and experience with vendor management, project management, marketing analytics and data analysis, and customer experience.

Payroll Manager

This position maintains and updates human resources and payroll data and records in HRIS and payroll software; administers retirement plans, including contributions, match, and form filings; and researches, analyzes, and resolves payroll and retirement plan-related problems or questions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and a minimum of three years of payroll or other related experience; 401(k) administration and audit experience; computer skills, including HRIS/Payroll, MS Word, and Excel; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Research Analyst

This position updates and maintains IRC research databases and assists IRC research staff on specific research assignments; conducts literature searches on assigned insurance topics and prepares summaries of results; and proofreads draft IRC reports and other assigned documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in statistics, finance, or economics; one to three years of work experience, including insurance industry experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and experience with SPSS, SAS, or similar statistical software;
