Sales Development Representative

This position partners with prospects in school districts to influence the buying decision process; qualifies inbound leads, as well as generates new leads by researching and contacting prospects; and tracks all activity in the CRM, including managing data and generating detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a role with cold calling, lead generation, outbound customer contact, or qualifying prospect; experience in a technology environment; and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Event Coordinator

This position coordinates all details of events, including conferences, trade shows, client events, meetings, and internal events; engages with sales directors to optimize regional event strategy; and utilizes event management systems to develop, execute, and report on event strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of event management experience; motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short lead times; the ability to maintain a high degree of composure in high-pressure situations; and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs.

Developer

This position addresses complex architectural problems with simple intuitive design; works at all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and support; and takes end-to-end ownership of major features and components.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; and an understanding of OOP/OOD principles, design patterns, data structures, Java JEE, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
