Managing Director – Philanthropic Services

This position provides leadership and oversees the quality control requirements for the team; develops team members by identifying professional development opportunities to enhance performance; and provides input and analysis to business operation and strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting or other professional services; in-depth knowledge and personal contacts in the philanthropic sector; and grant management experience.

Senior Accountant

This position performs day-to-day accounting functions for both the company and some of its clients; prepares accurate and complete financial statements and analyses; ensures that A/P and A/R are processed and collected; and operates the third-party expense reporting system.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting; a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software; and knowledge of Banking Cash Management Systems.

Education Team Program Associate/Senior Program Associate

This position organizes and maintains grant-related and other education team documentation; archives and manages documents and enters information into the grant management database; contributes to the completion of due diligence of new partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in international relations, education, or a similar discipline; two to five years of experience working in grants or project management with an international focus; and experience with teacher training and curriculum development.
