Last week, Hankin Group hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to showcase Keva Flats, its newest luxury apartment community and a paradigm of efficiency, comfort, and health.

Located in Exton, Keva Flats is a five-building complex with 240 apartments and a dramatic suite of amenities that was two years in the making.

“Hankin Group has always had a strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency,” said Lance Hillegas, Hankin Group’s Vice President of Design and Sustainable Development. “With the completion of Keva Flats, we’re up to approximately 600 LEED-certified apartments in our portfolio. It’s something we’re very proud of.”

By the very nature of its construction – from the type of insulation used to the way the air is ventilated, all the way down to the size of air conditioners – Keva Flats supports the health and wellness of its residents, all while being an awesome place to live.

“It’s a shining example of the impact that collaboration can have on a project,” said Elizabeth Murphy, Senior Vice President at PECO.

Ideally located for commuters, with easy access to the Exton Train Station, future Downingtown Train Station, Route 422, and Pennsylvania Turnpike, Keva Flats aims to attract residents looking for a sense of place and a life of modern simplicity. A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available to rent starting at $1,600 a month.

The community provided a lasting impression on guests of the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Its amenities include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with rooftop terrace, entertainment bar and kitchen, private pool, dog park, lounge areas, fitness and yoga studio, conference room, multi-sport court, fire pit, and plenty of covered parking.

The community will also be walkable, with a sidewalk running along Lincoln Highway to connect it with the Whiteland Towne Center. Another sidewalk along Waterloo Boulevard will link Keva Flats with Miller Park.
