The wait will soon be over, as the Hankin Group is close to completion on what is already known to be Exton’s most-desired address.

Keva Flats, a five-building complex with 240 apartments that combines the ultimate urban amenities with a suburban lifestyle, is Hankin’s newest luxury apartment community, one that garnered a 2019 International Interior Design Association Award.

The Hankin Group will host an invitation-only ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 12 in association with PECO.

Ideally located for commuters, with easy access to the Exton Train Station, future Downingtown Train Station, Route 422, and Pennsylvania Turnpike, Keva Flats aims to attract residents looking for a sense of place and a life of modern simplicity. A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available to rent starting at $1,600 a month.

The community offers a dramatic suite of amenities that will provide a lasting impression for residents and their guests. Amenities include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with rooftop terrace, entertainment bar and kitchen, private pool, dog park, lounge areas, fitness and yoga studio, conference room, multi-sport court, fire pit, and plenty of covered parking.

The community will also be walkable, with a sidewalk running along Lincoln Highway to connect it with the Whiteland Towne Center. Another sidewalk along Waterloo Boulevard will link Keva Flats with Miller Park.
