Exton Chamber Of Commerce To Celebrate Freestyle Real Estate Grand Opening

By

The Exton Regional Chamber of Commerce has several events planned for April, including a grand opening celebration at the third and newest office of Freestyle Real Estate, LLC in Chester Springs.

The grand opening celebration will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 17 at the new site, 245 Byers Road, Chester Springs. Broker/Owner Suzanne Kunda said the company opened in 2009 and also has offices in Gilbertsille and Barto.

Kunda said her company is dedicated to serving our clients with the utmost care and detail. The realty firm’s focus is on finding clients a better lifestyle, whether they are moving up, downsizing, moving to a retirement community, or are first-time home buyers. Freestyle uses a step-by-step approach to find the perfect fit for clients.

Others on staff at the firm are Realtors Jackie Smith, Aprille Weron, Michelle Sakal and Sue Cusumano, along with appraiser Dorrie Pratt.

The women project a serious sense of humor about their work as they run a Marine-style seller boot camp for clients and warn them, “Prepare to be sold!” They say in their boot camp they give clients a detailed market report, help them make tough decisions, assist with contractors, recommend buyer incentives, and put steps in place to ensure a fast sale and a great price.

The chamber has several other events planned for April, including a new member welcome luncheon Wednesday, April 16. The event is sponsored by Blue Dog Printing and Design of West Chester. Chamber members will also celebrate the grand opening of Helen Semus’ Ameriprise Financial franchise from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 27.

In addition to supporting businesses, chamber members carry out philanthropic work and staff a volunteer business and education partnership. The BEP manages three volunteer programs in area school districts: Get In, Get Out and Get Real. Committee meetings are held monthly on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Exton Chamber offices, 185 Exton Square Mall. Currently the BEP supports the Downingtown Area East and West High Schools, the S.T.E.M. Academy and Owen J. Roberts High School.
