Clinical Case & Referral Specialist – Dept. of Counseling & Psychological Services

This position maintains and updates the database of referral resources; cultivates professional relationships with outside providers; schedules appointments with all students referred for off-campus services; and reviews insurance coverage, co-pays, and other relevant information with students.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline; licensure (such as LCSW or LPC) or certification (such as NCC); experience on a university or college campus; and a minimum of one year of experience in mental health management or case management.

Assistant Payroll/HRIS Manager – Human Resources

This position supports the payroll manager in ensuring payroll and exception pay is completed in an accurate and timely manner; reviews payroll-related audit reports sent from PASSHE and audit reports from finance; and completes unemployment requests and maintains files accordingly.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline; three years of human resources experience, preferably in a payroll or generalist role; previous supervisory experience; and HRCI or SHRM certification.

Associate Director, Office of Wellness Promotion

This position recruits, interviews, and hires undergraduate student paraprofessional peer educators; oversees department marketing and communication pieces around wellness promotion; and plans, implements, and evaluates evidence-based wellness promotion programming.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in higher education, social work, public health, or a related discipline; three years of post-graduate experience directly related to health education/promotion in a higher-education setting; and strong communication skills.
