The Paoli-based Malvern Bancorp, the holding company for Malvern Bank, National Association, is one of 12 companies based in Chester County that have qualified for the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 list of the fastest-growing companies in the region.

To compile the list, the Philadelphia Business Journal first asked for nominations of companies that generated at least $750,000 in revenue in 2016 and at least $2 million in 2018. The qualifying companies were then compared based on revenue growth over that three-year period. Also, the revenue numbers from all public companies with their headquarters in Greater Philadelphia were also examined.

Malvern Bank was originally organized in 1887 and now serves as one of the oldest banks headquartered on the Main Line. For more than a century, it has been committed to helping people build prosperous communities as a trusted financial partner, forging lasting relationships through teamwork, respect, and integrity.

In addition to Malvern Bancorp, the other Chester County-based companies to make the Soaring 76 are:

  • AscellaHealth (Berwyn)
  • Comstar Technologies (West Chester)
  • Evolution Energy Partners (Exton)
  • Evolve IP (Wayne)
