Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission – Transfer Outreach and Recruitment

This position implements best practices, relationship-building strategies, marketing initiatives, and key programming efforts designed to meet the university’s transfer enrollment goals; assists with recruiting, advising, and enrolling transfer students; and manages the transfer team.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and three to five years of direct experience in recruitment and/or admissions; one to two years of experience working with transfer populations or in a community college setting; and experience with Slate or comparable CRMs.

Director of Annual Giving and Leadership Gifts

This position oversees the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program; manages 35-50 prospects to be cultivated and stewarded for annual leadership and major gifts; and oversees all annual giving services, staff, and programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and experience in constituent relations, volunteer management, and fundraising; experience in institutional advancement and development service; and excellent planning, organizational, written communication, and follow-up skills.

Adult and Graduate Programs – Admission Counselor

This position recruits adult and graduate students with an emphasis on business and degree completion programs; manages the SLATE recruitment database for program responsibilities; and attends open-house information sessions on campus and at businesses and organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business or marketing; experience in the recruitment process in higher education; excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; and current social media content creation experience.
