Senior Analyst CSS Finance – Business Controls

Sikorsky Helicopter seeks a Senior Business Controls Analyst Controls in their Coatesville facility who will have responsibility for controls and compliance oversight for all Sikorsky Commercial entities. Once hired, the Senior Analyst CSS Finance will assist in the execution of Company Level Controls and segregation of duties risk mitigation, lead the annual risk assessment process and assist in the management of Sikorsky compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and previous audit experience, as well as solid analytical, communication, organization, and time management skills. A CPA license is a plus as is experience with SAP and Sarbanes Oxley. Strong analytical skills and management experience.

HR Client Manager

Sikorsky Helicopter has an opening for a HR Manager to provide strategic and tactical HR support to Sikorsky employees.  The HR Client Manager will partner with supervisors and managers to facilitate change initiatives as well as advise and counsel managers on a variety of topics to optimize employee engagement, team development and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal HR Client Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 10 years HR experience in a manufacturing facility. Knowledge of human resources practices and policies, and applicable state and federal laws and prior experience working with bargained employees would be a plus. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and the ability to foster change and promote and implement improvement in a matrixed organization is preferred.
