Creativity reigned supreme at this year’s Ladies Day Hat Contest at the Devon Horse Show, which attracted a record-smashing 274 attendees and had an “Enchanted Garden” theme, writes Caroline O’Halloran for SAVVY Main Line.

Stunning creations featuring sprites, fairies, butterflies, birds, and much more enchanted the throngs of people at the Devon Horse Show on May 29.

The contest was judged by O’Halloran, Carson Kressley, and 6ABC weatherman Adam Joseph.

An apricot confection created by a former art teacher, Pamela Targan, was awarded the coveted designation of Best in Show.
