A husband-and-wife team – Tom and Shannon Maria Brower – are at the helm of the operation, bringing more than 30 years of restaurant experience to the charming café.
“Our focus is on locally sourced, real food,” said Tom. “The menu is a mix of hearty and healthy, with considerations made for those with gluten allergies, as well as keto and paleo friendly options.”
“I’m from Lancaster County and wanted to bring the best of the local area to our menu,” said Shannon Maria. “My husband has given two thumbs up to the spectacular scrapple that I grew up on.”
The couple joined forces with Frank Herron and Butch Eby, restauranteurs from West Chester, to bring a renovated, vibrant breakfast and lunch spot to Restaurant Row. From a new wooden floor to bright accent walls and a new breakfast bar, the location (541 Wellington Square) is truly a breath of fresh air.
“We want to be the bright spot of your day,” said Tom. “From our rich espresso drinks to my wife’s fresh-baked pastries and our staff’s smiling faces, we’re the one place you can always come for an affordable, inspired meal.”
Daily specials will highlight a featured quiche, soup, gourmet bread, and French toast with brunch on the weekends.
“We aim to make mornings convenient with takeout sandwiches and coffee options for the busy professional,” said Tom. “We’re so excited to be a part of the Eagleview community. Hankin Group has been a joy to work with, and we’re ready to serve!”
