Educational Coordinator

This position assists with the day-to-day operation of classroom educational services and implementation and monitoring of educational programming; helps ensure the delivery of each student’s IEP; and ensures that educational programs are age and population appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education or special education; one year of experience as a special education certified teacher and three years of supervisory experience in a special education setting; and a PA Special Education certification.

Residential Aide

This position assists residents with activities of daily living while encouraging independence; participates in the development and implementation of individual support plans and completes all related documentation; and assists with the training of new staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of related experience; the ability to follow procedures and programs relevant to teaching and programming strategies; and a valid driver’s license with two years of driving experience.

ABA Counselor – Education

This position provides educational instruction to assigned individuals in a structured classroom environment and assists in implementing appropriate individualized programs for children and adolescents with autism, disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience working with specialized populations; working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; and strong teaching skills with an emphasis on specialized populations.
