Lead Engineering Manager

This position drives architectural and technical discussions and makes recommendations that help meet business challenges; leads architecture, database, clinical printing, and tools teams; and collaborates with other team strategists to align on technology planning and decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; a minimum of seven years of software engineering experience; a minimum of four years of people management experience; and experience with Soarian Clinicals Solution.

Learning Facilitator

This position provides reactive one-on-one support in person and virtually to participants; identifies and surfaces process, workflow, and technical questions to the appropriate project team members; and facilitates bi-directional feedback between content owners and participants to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or a related discipline; a minimum of one year of formal instructional design, facilitation, or training delivery experience; and one year of experience with revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting.

Patrol Officer

This position monitors security devices and systems, as well as other critical facility applications; ensures proper security and safety standards are maintained for parking areas, buildings, and grounds; and responds to reported incidents and completes pertinent documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma; a minimum of one year of armed security or law enforcement experience; and experience in physical security, military service, or a related field sufficient to meet the minimum requirements for local licensing.
