Estimator

This position prepares detailed estimates, prepares and analyzes cost models during the design development and/or bidding period, and assures that potential risk factors have been evaluated and reviewed with senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience, three to five years of experience as an estimator, and a minimum of five years of construction-related experience.

Project Manager

This position establishes and communicates the project execution plan, monitors and evaluates construction progress and trade performance, and reviews and approves all submittals from suppliers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, three years of experience as an assistant project manager, five to ten years of general construction experience, and OSHA certification.

Field Safety Manager

This position manages all facets of project safety programs; trains management on high risk work tasks, internal policies, and the safety manual; and leads and mentors office and project safety committees to raise safety awareness.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an occupational safety and health-related field, a minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry, and OSHA 500/510 trainer certification.
