Clinical Management Consultant

This position serves as the clinical and hospital operations subject matter expert on consulting teams; provides on-site implementation services in hospitals, including managing project activities and influencing organizational change; and coordinates a diverse set of stakeholders and resources.

The ideal candidate will possess an M.D., B.S.N., M.S.N, PharmD, or nursing informatics degree; a minimum of five years of recent, broad hospital experience; and working knowledge of healthcare organizations, particularly clinical workflow processes and procedures.

Associate Management Consultant

This position applies appropriate tools and methods to meet clients’ definitions of success; provides feedback to management consultants regarding the progress and status of the consulting team and the client team; and helps improve internal processes and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a process-oriented field and a minimum of five years of work experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and experience in defining and resolving problems with responsibility for planning and implementing solutions.
