The C&I Commercial Relationship Manager originates commercial mortgages, commercial lines of credit, equipment loans and term loan requests and understands and complies with loan policy.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related business field, or equivalent job related experience and eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the field.

The Small Business Administration Loan Specialist completes an extensive review of new and existing SBA and commercial loan files to ensure that all documents are present and in compliance with Bank policy and various regulatory agency policies and guidelines.

The Small Business Administration Loan Specialist should have a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate working experience, have a working knowledge of bank commercial loan products and services and of Pennsylvania real estate law and the Uniform Commercial Code.
