Kennett Square is among the 15 Adorable Small Towns in Pennsylvania You Need to Visit, writes Cassandra Douglas for Narcity, an online publisher that creates content for millennials in Canada and the U.S.

The Mushroom Capital of the World is ideal for food aficionados as it produces more than one million pounds of mushrooms every day.

For those more interested in sightseeing, Kennett Square has a lot to offer. There’s the world-famous Longwood Gardens, a busy downtown full of independent shops, and much more.

Other towns on the list include The Village of Sweden Valley, a hidden gem in Potter County with a rich Swedish history.

This town is also considered “Dark Sky Country” due to its closeness to Cherry Springs State Park, one of the few places in the state for picturesque stargazing.

Another must see is the infamous Ice Mine that forms icicles during spring and summer but never in winter.

There’s also the borough of Mars, which appropriately has a spaceship. Its school district’s sports teams are nicknamed the Planets.
