Philadelphia rates in the top third of more than 180 cities to retire to nationwide, according to a recently published analysis by WalletHub.

To determine its 2018’s Best & Worst Places to Retire, WalletHub compared 182 cities, including the 150 most populated places in the country. It used four key measures: Affordability, Activities, Quality of Life, and Healthcare.

These were then evaluated using 46 metrics, such as cost of living, recreation and senior centers, elderly-friendly labor market, and family and general physicians.

Overall, Philadelphia placed 59th. The City of Brotherly Love had its best showing in the Activities category at 27th.

It also made the Top 50 in the Quality of Life category, where it placed 44th. For Healthcare, Philadelphia checked in at No. 94. Its worst showing was in the Affordability category, placing 139th.

According to WalletHub, the best place to retire is Orlando, while the worst is Newark, N.J.
