Marketing Coordinator

This position facilitates the creation and execution of offline marketing efforts, including all aspects of catalog development, print ad scheduling, and tradeshow coordination; trains salespersons on all new products and promotions; and manages internal supplies of branded give-away items.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; a minimum of three years of experience managing and executing direct response marketing campaigns; familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics; and catalog experience.

Accounts Receivable Associate

This position processes credit card payments and credits and maintains daily customer credit applications; applies customer payments and researches and solves payment discrepancies; and prepares projects and reports as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; two to three years of experience in full cycle accounts receivables; good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and excellent organizational, negotiation, and listening skills.
