Senior QA Analyst

This position is responsible for performing quality assurance duties throughout the project lifecycle. He/she will coordinate the work efforts of supporting QAs on a project, assign tasks to other team members, and review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined. The person will also analyze project requirements and develop Test Strategies and Plans, as well as execute test cases, document actual results, and evaluate compared to expected results.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field or have the equivalent work experience. He/she will have five years of QA experience focusing on software verification and back-end data validation, and five years of experience testing web-based applications. The person should also have experience developing and executing test cases against business intelligence requirements.

Senior Implementation Specialist

This position is responsible for the configuration of accounts and products, which include customer communication, configuration and analysis of data, configuration and analysis of third-party integrations, and timely follow-up and completion of the account setup. He/she is also responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge-base of current HomeNet products and system features.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate at all levels. He/she should be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment. The person must be computer literate and have knowledge of the HomeNet system as well as integrated third parties.

Technical Support Specialist

The position will provide front-line product and customer-service support via telephone and e-mail to clients, sales, and field representatives. He/she will have the primary responsibility of recommending solutions and resolving problems for our customers (dealers, vendors, and partners), as well as troubleshooting, tracking, and documenting technical issues. The person will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have two years of customer-service experience or training, preferably in a technical support environment, and will be a results-driven self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision. He/she must be able to handle a large volume of calls per day. Understanding and communicating in Spanish and/or French is a plus. The person must have skills in Outlook, various web browsers, and various operating systems.
