Contents Specialist – Advanced

This position will lead and direct numerous large crews providing personal property (contents) services on multiple projects in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. Other responsibilities include vehicle safety and maintenance inspections, constructing polyethylene enclosures, and removing and disposing of debris. He/she will provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, and consultants, as well as identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in contents restoration, and must working knowledge of the restoration industry best practices. The person will possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Frequent lifting in excess of 50 pounds is required, as well as the ability to identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.).

Electronics Technician

The ideal candidate will possess a two-year degree, and be efficient in home electronics, office PCs, and equipment disassembly, cleaning, and testing. Belfor will provide additional training. He/she must also be available to be on call when scheduled or as needed after hours. There is a potential for travel.
