Maintenance Supervisor

This position directs the activities of maintenance mechanics to ensure conformance with specifications and safety standards; suggests changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase work crew efficiency; and updates the CMMS program when changes are necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; two to four years of related experience and/or training; knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS software; and prior recent experience as a Herr’s machine operator.

Taste Test Facilitator

This position travels to local supermarkets and big box retailers to set up sample tables and survey local shoppers with specific questions; engages with store shoppers to perform product comparison surveys; and complies response and survey results.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working in food services, the retail industry, or customer service; an outgoing and personable manner; and reliable transportation to assigned store locations.

Supply Chain Analyst

This position defines performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of supply chain factors; interprets various types of supply chain data using varied types of data sets and software; and designs and implements supply chain processes that support business strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or a related discipline; three to five years of experience in data analysis application; strong knowledge of forecasting methods; and aptitude with databases and logical systems.
