
The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce will host the Disney Institute at The Desmond Hotel on Sept. 19 for a one-day, all-day intensive course revealing the world-class entertainment empire’s approach to creating a customer-centered service experience that feels nothing short of enchanting.
“When an organizational framework properly unites its people, place and processes by putting the customer at its core, exceptional service becomes possible across customer touch points. This creates greater intent to return and recommend, as well as a stronger competitive edge,” the Institute explains on its website.
And Disney is sharing that competitive edge with local businesses through an 8-to-4 lineup of insights aimed at differentiating your service from others’, designing better service standards, understanding where individual customers are coming from, fostering a culture that delivers exceptional service and turning mistakes into relationship-building connections.
