RKL, one of Pennsylvania’s largest and most respected professional services firms, has opened an office in Exton. This expanded presence in Greater Philadelphia allows the firm to deliver a wide range of business advisory and financial solutions to organizations throughout the region.

Exton represents the seventh location in Pennsylvania for RKL’s CPA, business consulting and investment banking entities, which have operations in Lancaster, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Reading, York, and Allentown. The firm serves clients in all 50 states and has locations across the U.S. through its Information Technology consulting subsidiary, RKL eSolutions.

RKL Partner Barry M. Pelagatti manages the operations of the Exton office, in addition to his leadership of the firm’s Financial Services Industry Group.

RKL’s 10,000-square-foot office in the Exton Corporate Center, located at 102 Pickering Way, provides workspace for up to 90 professionals from across the firm’s various disciplines, including assurance, tax, risk management, information technology, wealth management, and financial and management consulting.

The opening of the Exton office is the latest manifestation of RKL’s longstanding, cross-disciplinary service to business and organizations throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia-based industrial safety equipment manufacturer and supplier, Arbill.

The Exton location builds upon RKL’s previous foothold in the region, a team of risk management professionals located in Radnor who joined the firm through an October 2016 acquisition. After fully integrating this risk management expertise into its fast-growing business consulting practice, RKL chose to expand its physical presence in Chester County to manage increased regional demand for its diverse lineup of advisory solutions.
