Analytics Senior Associate

This position participates in various aspects of risk analysis, hedging strategy, hedge accounting, and transaction execution for clients; develops models to analyze NPVs and IRRs in different debt restructuring alternatives; and utilizes Monte-Carlo simulations for private equity investment.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in finance, economics, or business; experience incorporating ASC 815 hedge accounting principles into risk analysis; and working knowledge of currency balance sheet netting and flattening methodologies.

Debt Management Consultant

This position works with clients’ commercial real estate loan portfolios to help clients load new loans and ensure that all transaction details are accurate and complete; captures relevant information using internal software; and works with clients to understand and complete loan templates.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline; excellent problem-solving, communication, and mathematical skills; a strong customer service orientation; and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Real Estate Valuation Consultant

This position works on a wide variety of projects including the evaluation of commercial and residential mortgage backed securities; property level and fund level analyses; debt valuation for fair market reporting; and critical thinking of emerging valuation issues.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or master’s degree in finance or related credentials; approximately three to seven years of relevant industry experience in finance, valuation, consulting, or accounting; and strong presentation and communication skills.
