Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

This position meets daily pick, pack, shipping, and receiving goals; keeps accurate accounts on packing slips of all merchandise received and enters correct information into the inventory management system; and packs and unpacks for tradeshows as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or light manufacturing environment; knowledge of the public safety field; and the ability to work independently.

Bids & Quotes Associate

This position researches, prepares, and files timely and accurate quotes and bid requests; establishes good working rapport with customers; converts bids and quotes to orders; and ensures an excellent customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess some college, previous customer service and administrative experience; excellent communication and organizational skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Procurement Associate

This position manages vendor relationships for assigned vendors; maintains pricing and item details at the vendor and SKU level; manages stock levels within multiple warehouses; and creates new vendor accounts and SKUs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or management; one to two years of work-related experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Social Media Assistant

This position ensures the timely execution of social media components of the global campaign calendar; assists in the development of large social media campaigns; and crafts sharable, relatable, engaging, and original content for social media sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; two years of related experience; familiarity or hands-on experience in the public safety industry; and knowledge of Google Analytics or other quantitative analytics packages.
