Manager – Privacy and Records

This position will assist the Data Privacy officer in the design, development, operation, and enforcement of QVC’s privacy program. He/she will lead all privacy initiatives, and direct QVC’s design, development, and implementation of a record management program. The person will be the key decision-maker in matters involving records retention issues and enforcing records retention policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have seven to ten years of experience in a combination of privacy and records management. He/she will have demonstrated experience with monitoring and enforcing global privacy obligations, including United States HIPAA, PCI, state privacy breach laws, and other standards as well as international standards.

Senior IT Auditor

This position is responsible for planning and conducting IT General Control (ITGC) operational effectiveness assessments, specifically following Payment Card Industry (PCI), Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other compliance frameworks. He/she audits information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. The person evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information technology, and have three to five years of experience performing IT Audits and Assessments. He/she must be able to run an audit engagement independently, with minimal supervision. The person must have industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Data Protection and Privacy Analyst

This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the global data protection and privacy program and standardization of security controls necessary for compliance with data privacy/protection regulations, as well as contract obligations. This role helps drive data security efforts by empowering IT operations and project teams with enterprise data security policies, technology standards, industry regulation guidance, awareness campaigns, and best practices. He/she will execute procedures for vetting and auditing vendors for compliance with privacy and data security policies and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or another related discipline. He/she will have at least four years of broad privacy and data protection, information security, compliance, or legal experience working for a multi-national organization. The person should have a sound understanding of security principles, such as logical access controls, change control, least privilege, segregation of duties, computer operations, identity and access management, network security, vulnerability management, and secure coding.
