Director of Quality Management

This position provides leadership and oversight of the Chester County Department of Human Services, Office of Managed Behavioral Health’s Quality Management Program, and serves as project manager for quality initiatives and program development.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a behavioral health field; eight years of direct service experience in behavioral health; and two years of behavioral health supervisory experience, including managed care.

Intake Casework Manager I

This position helps provide protection for abused, neglected, abandoned, and at-risk children by conducting risk and safety assessments; and provides information to families about department services and community resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or a social science; five years of paid experience in public or private social work; and two years of experience in a public welfare program, preferably as a supervisor.

Network Analyst
