TAC Officer

This position serves as a positive role model and leader for assigned units; provides performance and developmental counseling to assist cadets in leadership and personal development; and oversees the selection, training, and development of cadet leaders within assigned units.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related discipline; prior senior military or law enforcement experience with company command experience; and experience working with adolescent boys and college-aged adults.

College Admissions Counselor

This position meets enrollment goals by recruiting and contacting prospective college cadets in assigned territories; coordinates and participates in admissions college fairs in assigned territories; and assists candidate families through the financial aid process.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and previous experience with student orientation, recruiting, advising, admissions, or other relevant fields; a background in education, marketing, communications, and/or sales; and knowledge of CAMS administrative software.

Academy Geometry and Algebra Teacher

This position prepares course objectives and outlines of study following curriculum guidelines and academy requirements; assigns lessons and assesses student progress; and provides instruction and other academic activities that will enable students to succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, Pennsylvania teaching certificate, and certification in the subject area; a minimum of three years of experience teaching high school mathematics; and proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook.
