This position provides comprehensive, quality nursing care through application of the nursing process; oversees the daily operations of the department; and participates in departmental QC and performance improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a minimum of five years of bedside experience, prior management or charge RN experience, and a current Pennsylvania RN license.
