Director of Government Programs

The Director of Government Programs is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Government Programs (GP) discipline including CMS government pricing for Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Federal Supply Schedule, Department of Defense (DOD) and VA contracting, including statutory calculations, Medicaid and state supplemental programs, Public Health Service (PHS/340B) regulations and pricing and contractual state reporting and is responsible for managing and reviewing all periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) GP pricing, statutory and state reporting within a mandated timeline.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 10+ years professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, have an understanding of the interrelationships between commercial and government pricing, and a strong working knowledge of government pricing practices, calculation methodologies, healthcare programs, and supporting regulations.

IT Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager leads information technology (IT) audits, assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of controls over critical information systems throughout Endo and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, appropriateness of risk management activities, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business (IT concentration highly desirable), a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 3 years performing IT audits for a public accounting firm or an internal audit organization and have experience planning, designing, and executing audits and Sarbanes-Oxley related procedures.

Senior Paralegal

The Paralegal at Endo provides legal support to clients in departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Development, Commercial Business, Government Affairs, and Promotional Materials Review and provides oversight, reviews and negotiates contracts, drafts documents, and conduct research as requested.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8 to 10 years progressive legal experience in a corporation, pharmaceutical company and/or law firm experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and third party relationships and interactions across the entire business (R&D, Commercial, etc.).
