This position supervises direct support professionals; implements programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of clients; and assists, supports, and instructs individuals in self-help skills designed to encourage independence.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, or a related discipline; three years of human service experience with at least one year of supervisory experience; and an understanding of the theories of behavior management.

This position performs maintenance duties in the areas of plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and/or general maintenance, and helps ensure the safety and maintenance of the center’s buildings and grounds.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of applicable facilities and/or maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Education Program Administrator
This position develops and implements policies, programs, and curriculum plans to help develop the educational and vocational development of students, and takes overall responsibility for the center’s educational programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s or Ph.D. in education or administration, and a minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with autism and supervising other professionals such as teachers, clinicians, or other administrators.
