Exeter Property Group has sold the 356,000-square-foot Great Valley Commerce Center in Malvern for $73 million, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The office complex has been bought by an entity affiliated with Apex Financial Advisors. The deal includes a 280,000-square-foot property at 2476 Swedesford Road and another 80,000-square-foot structure at 1000 Cedar Hollow Road.

The two-building complex was purchased by Exeter eight years ago for $19.5 million from Unisys Corp. At the time of the sale, the property was called the Unisys Technology Center. After purchasing the complex, Exeter leased half of it back to Unisys and launched a multimillion-dollar renovation before renaming it the Great Valley Commerce Center.

DaVita, which operates DaVita Dialysis, leased 120,000 square feet of office space at 2476 Swedesford Road a few years later. The company added 16,000 square feet to the building earlier this year.
