Advancement and Giving Specialist

This position provides leadership and direction to all aspects of the advancement and development programs on campus, develops goal-setting plans for annual fundraising, and secures annual leadership and major gifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, three years of related experience, a track record of success in exceeding philanthropic fundraising goals, and prior development and campaign experience.

Sales Specialist 3 – Conference Planning Services

This position develops and maintains client relationships; prepares conference service presentations, proposals, negotiations, and agreements; maintains the department expense budget; and provides event oversight.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher; four to six years of related experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office, A/V technology, and event management system software; and creative problem-solving skills.

Alumni Relations and Stewardship Officer

This position plans, develops, and coordinates programs and special events; acts as a liaison on behalf of the campus for internal and external constituencies; revises and updates existing programs; and recommends new programs and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher; two years of related experience; and experience recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers and staff.
