Marketing Director

This position will lead the team in the execution of the tactical plan to achieve financial objectives, including planning and arranging for training, market research, and sales training. He/she will hire, train, manage, coach, and develop a marketing team for the brand. The person will also act as product champion and expert on all aspects of the product, and direct the research and analysis of a number of factors to understand business environment and build on opportunities.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, and have a minimum of six years of marketing-related work, such as managing budgets, managing projects, and expenses or working with field-based sales force. A minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.

Facilities Coordinator

This position will perform ongoing maintenance to provide employees with a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment. He/she will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance associated with the facility. The person will monitor vendors to ensure they are performing scheduled preventive maintenance.

The candidate will possess a high-school diploma, and have a valid driver’s license and good driving record with periodic checks. He/she will also have a minimum of three years of experience supporting facilities operations. The person will be a professional, tactful, discreet, and diplomatic individual who enjoys working with people.

Associate Director Project Management

This position will provide strong leadership to project teams to set strategic direction, articulate value proposition for the potential product, turn strategy into clear development plans, and identify and resolve key issues. Responsibilities include working with other team members to ensure that project teams meet their objectives on time and on budget. He/she will be accountable for project deliverables to time, cost, and quality.

The candidate will possess a degree in the sciences relating to drug development, e.g. pharmacology, chemistry, biology, statistics, etc. Preference will be given to those with advanced degrees. He/she must have seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a scientific field relating to drug discovery and/or development.
