Director of Healthy Living (Lionville)
This position oversees the daily operations of the wellness center and the personal training program, coordinates the health and wellness programs, and recruits, trains, evaluates, and supervises wellness and fitness staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of two years of experience in a health and wellness environment, and a minimum of one year of experience in fitness facility management, staff supervision, and program management.

Member Services Director (Jennersville)
This position implements and evaluates the process for handling membership inquiries, completes on-boarding and follow-ups for new members, and meets and exceeds monthly and annual membership sales goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, sales experience, preferably in a membership setting, and excellent communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.

Director of Annual Giving (West Chester)
This position leads and develops the overall workflow for meeting the annual campaign goals, provides leadership assistance for all branches in meeting their individual fundraising goals, and oversees the association’s corporate sponsorship program.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related discipline, three to five years of experience in financial development, and experience with staff supervision and Raiser’s Edge or a similar system.
