Associate IT Operations Support Analyst

This position monitors network and server resources via software and e-mail alerts for conditions that could cause system or application outage incidents; manages communications and logistics for outages and incidents; and provides local and remote desktop support for Windows and Mac users.

The ideal candidate will possess experience performing basic Microsoft Windows Server and .NET troubleshooting; a good understanding of current server hardware and the seven layers of networking; and excellent communication skills.
