Assistant Principal – Child & Career Development Center

This position assists the principal with supervision and evaluation of professional, project, and support staff, manages a variety of school administrative functions, and ensures that staff members understand and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, a minimum of five years of experience working as a special education teacher, and special education supervisory and/or principal certification.

Training and Consultation Specialist

This position provides research-based strategies for students with special education needs, particularly students on the autism spectrum and/or with significant behavioral/emotional challenges, and creates state of the art, customized staff development programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on special education, a minimum of five years of teaching or related educational experience, and experience with IEP development, inclusion, or other FAPE in LRE service areas.

Speech/Language Therapist

This position delivers speech and language development services for CCIU patients and clients from birth to 21 years old across multiple educational environments, and completes evaluations and maintains all paperwork for assigned caseloads.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in communicative disorders, a certificate of clinical competence or completion of a clinical fellowship year, and Act 33 and 34 clearances.
