Admissions Office – Administrative Support

This position provides administrative support for the Admissions Office, including answering telephones, data entry, and interacting with patients. He/she utilizes electronic health records to assist patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare environment with prior patient contact. He/she will have knowledge of medical terminology, experience using electronic health records, and good typing skills. The person must have a professional attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

Associate Executive Director

This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Neighborhood Health Agency and its subsidiary programs according to approved policies, procedures, and standards. He/she assists the Board in developing a strategic plan and direction that meets community needs and ensures long-term viability of the home-care agency. The person oversees record and reporting systems, budget compliance, and financial management. He/she maintains good relationships with clients, other agencies, fiscal intermediaries, and other third-party payers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, though a master’s in nursing or healthcare administration or an MBA is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of seven to ten years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex academic or quasi-academic medical center. The person will have recent experience serving medically complex patient populations in high-acuity settings.
