Business Development Analyst

This position assists in onboarding and implementing a Voice-of-Customer platform for all business units and the corporate office. He/she designs and implements corporate and channel NPS surveys and creates a customer 360 dashboard showcasing key performance indicators as they align with the customer experience pillars. The person establishes analytical visualizations that enable others in the organization to evaluate their Voice-of-Customer data.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, math, science, or engineering. He/she will be a recent graduate with one to two years of professional experience in consulting from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or a corporation’s internal corporate strategy/business development group. The person will have a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and opportunity evaluation.

Organizational Readiness Manager

This position develops and leads targeted organizational readiness plans to achieve business outcomes, including a communication plan, sponsorship, stakeholder analysis, training requirements, and a resistance management plan. He/she identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics while identifying and managing anticipated resistance. The person designs and presents training materials for target audiences impacted by changes to people, processes, and systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, training, HR, or a related field. He/she will have three to five years of change management experience in an HR environment. The person will have a solid foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Data Analytics Auditor

This position collaborates with audit teams to design and execute data analytics evaluations as part of scheduled audits, ethics investigations, or continuous improvement activities. He/she renders accurate, comprehensive, and intuitive financial analysis reports that report risk trends using information derived from key applications. The person expands the library of automated ACL queries currently used by the department during routine financial audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business intelligence, data analytics, computer science, finance, or a related field. An MBA, foreign language skills, and professional certifications are a plus. He/she will have two to four years of related data analytics, IT, finance, or audit experience. The person will preferably have hands-on experience with the use of data analytics and visualization tools.
