Chester County has always been considered one of the finest places in Pennsylvania, so it should come as no surprise that 10 of its towns are on Niche.com’s new ranking of the 25 Best Places to Live in Greater Philadelphia, writes Clara Lefton for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The site aims to help people discover schools and neighborhoods that are the right fit for them within 25 miles of the City of Philadelphia. It covers factors such as the cost of living, public schools, real estate, and crime and safety.

The top spot belongs to Chesterbrook, as it also recently ranked No. 1 among the 2016 Places with the Best Public Schools in Pennsylvania and 2016 Best Places to Buy a House in Pennsylvania.

Other Chester County locations in the Top 10 include:

  • 2. Tredyffrin Township
  • 4. Devon
  • 10. Paoli
  • 14. Charlestown Township
  • 17. East Whiteland
