Executive Administrative Assistant (Downingtown)

This position performs a wide variety of administrative duties, including mail-handling, calendar maintenance, answering telephone calls, attending meetings and preparing minutes, ordering office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in an executive office environment, excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, and strong technical skills, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Branch Manager (Kennett Square)

This position manages and directs the sales and service functions of the assigned branch to realize office growth and profitability objectives, meets targeted goals, ensures customer satisfaction, and directly supervises assigned personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of experience in a related banking and/or sales management position, and thorough knowledge of features and benefits of all bank consumer products and services.

Loan Documentation Administrator (Downingtown)

This position creates new commercial loan documentation packages and change in term documents, perfects the bank’s security interests in all loan collateral, and provides guidance and advice to assist lending staff in the preparation of loan documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess five or more years of direct experience working in a documentation preparation environment, previous exposure in a loan operations area dealing with various loan accounting transactions, and strong understanding of commercial law and documentation theory.

Senior Loan Officer (West Chester)

This position establishes, develops, and maintains client referral relationships with CPAs, financial planners, realtors, builders, and developers, makes calls on potential or existing customers, and negotiates mortgage prices, terms, and conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, five years of residential mortgage origination experience, computer experience, mathematical aptitude, and strong communication skills.
