At CCEDC’s 13th Annual Economic Outlook Friday morning, David B. Hanson, Chief Executive Officer of Fulton Financial Advisors, shared that the Small Business Optimum Index for Expected Business Conditions was at -6% pre-election and jumped to 38% post-election.
